GSL Group (the “Company”) is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for its employees, customers, and stakeholders. The Company utilizes closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) surveillance to monitor and record public areas of its business premises. This policy directly addresses the Company’s use of CCTV on its premises and the monitoring, recording, and subsequent use of such recorded materials. The installation of CCTV is carefully proportionate, ensuring adequate, relevant, and not excessive data collection, storage, and usage of personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”).

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, company representatives, visitors, and other stakeholders attending at or operating on Company premises.

1. The Company is obligated to collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with PIPA.
2. Information obtained through the Company’s CCTV system will be used for internal investigations, security, and law enforcement purposes. The Company’s CCTV cameras will record video only.
3. All cameras within the Company’s CCTV system are prominently visible. The Company will endeavour to display signage notifying stakeholders that they are entering an area covered by CCTV.
4. The placement of any CCTV equipment will not unreasonably intrude on the privacy of individuals.

Any inquiries regarding the Company’s CCTV system must be submitted in writing in accordance with PIPA and directed to the Privacy Officer at [email protected].

This policy will undergo periodic review and evaluation. The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
