Victoria and Kelowna. Our divisions span a wide range of industries, including real estate
development, holdings and construction, sports and entertainment, recreational facilities,
travel and hospitality, health and fitness, agriculture, and e-commerce.
GSL has long-term real estate holdings in properties developed
by GSL, including Planet Ice recreational facilities, multi-use arenas,
hotels and shopping centres, residential mixed-use developments,
and major industrial buildings. Additionally, the operational
divisions of GSL include the Victoria Royals WHL hockey
team, a private airplane charter business, blueberry farming,
food and beverage, concert production, ticketing, ice arena operations,
outdoor music festivals, and an online fantasy sports
