GSL’s unique public-private partnership (P3) community-first model has been providing municipalities with low-risk, cost-effective recreation, sport and entertainment solutions for nearly 30 years. Our approach, which shields taxpayers from the risks and expenses of building and operating event venues also sees GSL remit annual facility property taxes to the City, along with annual contributions to the city’s capital improvement and maintenance funds, practices not standard with traditional P3 arrangements.
